A domestic worker by law is allowed 21 days holiday including the Saturdays and Sundays in this time.
For a five-day worker, this will means 15 week days.

This leave should be taken each year.
Where all the days are not taken a written record should be kept of the days which are still due by the worker days which are still due by the worker and the employer.
