A domestic worker may not work more that 3 hours of overtime on any day.
A worker is not required to work more that 10 hours overtime a week.

Overtime work must be paid for 1 ½ times the normal wage.
So, if a worker receives an hourly wage of R5.00 per hour, and workers one hour overtime, the worker should be paid R7.50 for overtime work.
