Every worker is entitled to 12 days sick leave each year.
In a 3 year period, the worker is allowed 36 days sick leave.

If a worker is absent for three days, the employer may ask for medical proof.
If in two months a worker is off sick two or more times without a medical certificate, the employer is not required to pay the worker for the days the worker is absent.
